At seven in the morning I realized I had a broken water line, called west side plumbing. By nine am I had danny and kalib here and started repair. By ten thirty they were finished and cleaned up from the job .excellent job and I will always use west side for all my repairs.

We just had the best experience with your plumber, Jay. He was here quickly (on a Saturday morning, no less), got the job done efficiently, and was extremely courteous while in our home. The issue we were dealing with could have legitimately ruined our whole weekend (and our pocketbooks!) but Jay and Westside Plumbing took care of everything for us. The BEST customer service. Terrill was able to resolve an issue that no other plumbing company could figure out. He went above & beyond & prevented a potential catastrophe from happening that went unnoticed by 2 prior plumbing companies.

Technician showed up on time, was prepared, gave me fair estimate explained what I needed and what I didn't and why I did or didn't need extra repairs. Performed job expertly and was very friendly and courteous.

These guys are amazing, I would leave all the stars if I could, if youve ever had plumbing problems you know the nightmare it could be. These guys will take care of you and their prices are great, Ill be using them 100% of the time. Matt was the tech that came out and I cant think of anything he could have done better, great guy.

They fit me in when I couldn't get anyone else to fix a tub faucet leak. Danny was skilled and did a great job with the old plumbing, getting the right parts and doing everything he could to resolve the problem at a very good price. He and his son were incredibly courteous and nice and I can honestly say that whatever he did, the results have only gotten better with time. The faucet has not leaked at all since. Westside was honest, quick, knowledgable, and really helped me out in my time of need. I will call them first the next time I need any plumbing work.

Update: Matt (the owner) reached out to me and ended up giving me a full refund. We had a good conversation and I appreciated him wanting to make things right. I've updated the rating to reflect this. Previous post: Be forewarned about their " no service call fee" they showed up, lit pilot light, said if it goes out I need a new water heater, charged my wife $159 and left. I got home, pilot was off and water was cold. I called and got them back out. They lit it again and immediately left. It was out before they got down the street. I called these people to come repair my water heater. They didn't seem too interested in fixing it, but had no issues with charging us $159 to push a button which i had done repeatedly before deciding to call the "professionals" to help us out . Just wanted everyone else to be aware of this so they don't make the same mistake we did.

Westside Plumbing has been fantastic! The recent freeze event has caused havoc in the retail plumbing response times in Fort Worth and Dallas. However, I called in on Sunday and they were out and fixed the leak a little after 12 noon on Monday. Super job / no complications. Other companies could not come out for 3-4 weeks. Thank-you!

An old pvc pipe burst during the worst winter storm ever in this area. The folks at Westside Plumbing braved the icy roads to get here and make the repair to get us up and running. Many thanks to Matt and crew for once again giving us great service. I don't call anyone else.

Leaking hot water pipe under kitchen sink. They were in and out in under an hour. Awesome customer service from ladies at the office scheduling the repair to men that came out and performed. They even cleaned up.

We have had an unusual amount of plumbing issues in the last few months so Westside is on speed dial. They have replaced 2 toilet shutoff valves, a thermostat for a hot water heater and another toilet repair. Today I called them out for a leak which turned out to be a sprinkler. Shawn turned our water back on but disabled the sprinkler so we would not have another issue while we were out of town. No charge. I have always been very pleased with the prompt, fair and professional service from Shawn and Matt.

The owner Matt Paetzold and his phenomenal team turned what I saw as a total nightmare (sewage backup) into a stress free experience. If anyone has ever been through a plumbing emergency, you know the feeling of how vulnerable you feel with so many companies waiting to take advantage of the situation. Not Westside Plumbing... I immediately knew I was in the best and trusted hands after talking to Matt. He sent out Shaun and Kenny, who I cannot rave enough about, to assess what happened and get to the cause. Shaun and Kenny were not only super polite, as well as prompt, but extremely knowledgeable and professional... A rarity these days.
